I am a health economist with ten years' experience as a healthcare professional. I work in market access and health technology assessment (HTA), project management, and safe, practical use of AI.
From patient care to health economics to implementation.
I worked for ten years as a healthcare professional in Norway, Australia and New Zealand. In Norway, from 2014 to 2024, I worked in hospitals, a municipal acute inpatient unit and an emergency service.
That gave me a practical way to read systems: where decisions are made, where workflows get stuck, and where technology can create value for citizens, professionals, and the service as a whole.
I then took a master's in health economics and management (EU-HEM, completed 2026), studied in Bologna, Rotterdam and Oslo.
During my market access internship at Roche Norge in 2025, I designed and delivered company-wide AI courses on two occasions, on my own initiative. That led to the role of internal AI Coach from January to July 2026.
